Billing

Details about HiWAAY's billing procedures, updating your account information, and monitoring your account usage.

Question: When are bills sent out and when are they due back to HiWAAY?

Answer:

• Monthly invoices will be mailed by the 5th of the month.
• Payment is due no later than the 15th.
• Accounts not paid by the 28th of the month will be suspended.
• An account not paid in full by the 15th of the following month will be closed.
