HiWAAY's Regular Hosting includes the following:
- Email Services - 40 email accounts, automatic vacation responses, automatic forwarding†, group mailing lists and alias email names. Based on Sendmail SMTP gateway email protocol and IMAP4, POP3 client email protocols. All email services for the virtual domain can be managed by the client.
- Storage Space - 1 GByte of disk storage.
- Data Transfer - Up to 20 Gbits of ftp and http (web) data transfer every month.*
- File Transfer Protocol (virtual) - Files can be transferred via virtual FTP services offering password protected FTP.
- Full Domain Support - Both primary and secondary DNS services supporting unique static IP for your domain.
- Mailing List - Includes web-based management pages.
- Webmail - A web-based email system that allows you to check your email messages from a browser on any computer.
- Web Analysis - Allows you to view statistics about visitors to your site.
- Forwarding† - Allows you to have up to 40 email accounts forwarded to other email addresses.
- MySQL - A Database account on a remote MySQL database server with the ability to create and manage data tables and associated data. Requires knowledge of SQL and web database programming.
- Mambo - A content management system that allows you to manage and maintain your own web site.
- OsCommerce E-commerce Solution - An online E-commerce solution that allows owners to set up, run and maintain an online store.
- PhpBook Guestbook - An easily configurable simple guestbook for a web site.
- PostNuke Content Management System - A community, content, collaborative management system. More information can be found at http://news.postnuke.com/.
- gtChat Chat Engine - A fast and comfortable web chat application that can enable a private or public chat site on a web page.
- Peak Bandwidth - Up to 100 Mb/sec, depending on network and server loads.

- Shell Access - Telnet and SSH command line access at a UNIX prompt
- Browser-based interface for site administration - This simple interface allows you to self-administer all aspects of your virtual server.
